Refunds and returns

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives at your door safely and correctly.

All items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.

Please take a few moments when order is received to check the contents of your shipment.

If you find any discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, please contact Customer Services (we will respond to all queries during business hours)

All returned items must be returned with original packaging. We will not give a credit or refund for merchandise not reported within 14 days or without verification.

For orders that are damaged in shipping please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
