Returns Policy

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives at your door safely and correctly. All items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Please take a few moments when order is received to check the contents of your shipment. If you find any discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, please contact Customer Services at https://newzealandwillkit.co.nz (10am to 4pm Monday to Friday) or email us at admin@newzealandwillkit.co.nz

All returned items must be returned with original packaging. We will not give a credit or refund for merchandise not reported within 14 days or without verification. For personal products we only accept returns if the product is unused and all packets are sealed. For orders that are damaged in shipping please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.

•To return products, you must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned by https://newzealandwillkit.co.nz 

•This RMA number can be obtained by contacting Customer Services using the returns form located at this link https://newzealandwillkit.co.nz/return 

•Once you receive your RMA number it MUST BE displayed on the outside of the box or packet.

•All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days and products must be returned within this period.

•This procedure must be followed in order for credit to be processed.
