Dispatch Information

We make every effort to deliver your order to you in good condition and in a timely manner.  We use New Zealand Post for all deliveries. 

We will do everything in our power to ensure your order is dispatched in the fastest possible manner. To ensure your order is delivered on time please include your postcode in your address details.

All orders are processed and dispatched the same day providing it is a business day and prior to 2:00pm.  All orders received after 2:00pm will be processed and dispatched the next business day. 

All orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Regular Post – Estimated delivery time from dispatch is 7-10 business days to major metro areas.  Please allow more time for rural and remote areas.
